A new generation is poised to take over leadership of the Union of Vietnamese Student Associations of Southern California, which organizes the annual Tet Parade. Also, the UVSA — whose mission is to preserve and promote Vietnamese culture and heritage — has moved its headquarters from Westminster to Garden Grove.
