Westminster City Councilman Sergio Contreras visited Russell Elementary School for Career Day last week. Contreras described his job to three kindergarten classes. So how does a councilman describe his job? “My job is to make sure Westminster is a good place for people to live, work, shop and play,” Contreras told them. Other speakers included firefighters, police officers, a veterinarian and a physical therapist. Here, Contreras and some kindergartners are clearly enjoying themselves.
