Spring is here, and that means warm weather and the opening of the popular Splash Pad at Sigler Park (shown here). The Splash Pad opens from noon to 5 p.m. weekends beginning May 25, and daily (same hours) from June 22 through Sept. 2. The Splash Pad, at 7200 Plaza St. in Westminster, is open the public and for private rentals.
